It starts today in Granada, Monday the 13th, the Festival of flamenco in the Sacromonte‘s caves. If you are on holiday or studying in our school you can take advange of this event to discover a lot about the traditions of this city. The festival will take place in one of the most ancient and fascinating district of Granada, in particular, in the “Museo Cuevas del Sacromonte”.
The festival is divided into four meeting, 13, 15, 20 and 22 of July where four artists will present different flamenco operas: Alba Heredía with “En estado puro”, Judit Cabrera with “Marea”, Rubén Campos with the presentation of his new album “La calle del pensamiento” and Kika Quesada with “A tiempo…”.
It’s going to be the perfect occasion not just for the flamenco lovers, but also for the tourists who don’t know this ancient music and dance tradition. The shows start at 10 p.m. and the tickets advance sale can be bought in some locations indicated on the web page for 12€, while the price at the ticket window the day of the show is 13€.
