The main new is that the inscription dates for every call is open from the 15th February, to all levels: it means that you can register for any of the calls from now. You just need to keep an eye to the deadline of every call.
Other of the important changes made by DELE, is that anyone desiring to pass the DELE test, regardless of the country of origin (even if it is a state where Spanish is an official language), will be able to do so.
It is an important change regarding the restrictions that this exam used to have, that will help to its development.
