Granada is one of the most ancient cities of Andalusia, and the most of the tourists who visit this city enjoy the tapas and the tinto de verano as the Alhambra and the other historical monuments. Despite the importance of this cultural sites, ,many people do not stay in the city enough time to visit a barrio which, with the Albaicín, offers the possibility to see from a privileged position the whole city and to visit a part of Granada unknown to the most of the people. The passageways crossing the main street San Matías are decorated with artistic graffiti and they hide various restaurants, bars and hotels which offer best quality services. Between the dozens of premises located in the ancient Jewish barrio, the most famous are the Gar-Anat Hotel in Placeta de los Peregrinos; the Vegetarian Papaupa café in Molinos street and the Italian gastronomy Cacho e Pepe, placed in Colcha street, that prepares Italian takeaway home-made food: from mozzarella to burrata, from pasta to wines.
Instituto Mediterráneo Sol is also situated in the Barrio of Realejo, in Enriqueta Lozano street 17, and since 1992, it has been offering the best available services to instruct students who want to learn or improve their Spanish and to train teachers ELE. Moreover, through its blog and its Facebook page, Instituto Mediterráneo Sol promote numerous cultural and popular events taking place in Granada. For this reason it is correct to state the school takes care of the students as of its town, as it wants to grow and establish itself in Spain with its city.
