Spanish Sangria

Preparation Method

  1.  Peel the peaches, cut them in two and them remove the stone and slice it. Then peel oranges and cut it to pieces.
  2. Put the fruits in a container avec the sugar and the brandy and let soak 12 minutes in average. After that, add the tinto wine with the two glasses of juice (orange and lemon).
  3. Later, add the cinnamon and the spiral lemon peeling and let cool down in the refrigerator. This drink has to be served very cold.
  4. Success secrets Before consuming sangria, at the last moment, add ice-cubes so that it is cold. You can add a little bottle of fanta lemon or orange very cold. Enjoy … in moderation!

  • 3 peaches
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 5 cl of brandy
  • 1 or 1/2  L of tinto wine
  • 1 branch of cinnamon
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 1/2 glass of lemon juice
  • 1 spiral lemon peeling
