Today enjoy the recipe of sweet spanish cakes with almonds: almendrados.
- Put in a bowl the ground almonds, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and grated lemon zest.
- Mix all ingredients until smooth mass.
- Form small balls.
- Impregnate them with brandy and coat in icing sugar.
- Preheat oven to 180º.
- Put the cakes in the oven and bake until they are golden brown.
- Let them cool and serve!
