Rum-flavored hot chocolate

Preparation Method

  1. In a saucepan put the cocoa with milk. Add sugar and stir.
  2. Heat over low heat until heated.
  3. Dip the rim of the glasses with rum and coat with the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. In the glass put the tablespoon of rum and pour the hot chocolate.
  5. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

  • 75 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 400 ml of skim or whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons dark rum
  • 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with cinnamon
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
