Preparation Method:

The salmorejo de mango is a recipe very simple to do, and at the same time it is really tasty.
First of all, peel the mangoes and get rid of the bone, at the end you will keep only the flesh.
Put it in a termo mix, adding a spoonful of sugar and a bit of white liqueur, Kirsch is recommended.
Blend everything till you have a thick cream.

Put the cream in the dish you prefer, and to finish it add some piece of anchovy, a bit of red pepper, that is tasty and doesn’t burn too much, and finally a leaf of mint.

The salmorejo de mango is done!
