- Peel the cloves of garlic and cut them and the half of chili pepper in small pieces.
- Add the olive oil in a frying pan and put in it also what you have cut before.
- Sauté over medium heat.
- Peel the shrimps, add them in the frying pan so that they sauté in the olive oil with the garlic and the chili pepper.
- Add a pinch of salt and a little bit of parsley and mix all so that the sour stick together with the shrimps.
