Preparation Method:

  1. Peel the cloves of garlic and cut them and the half of chili pepper in small pieces.
  2. Add the olive oil in a frying pan and put in it also what you have cut before.
  3. Sauté over medium heat.
  4. Peel the shrimps, add them in the frying pan so that they sauté in the olive oil with the garlic and the chili pepper.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and a little bit of parsley and mix all so that the sour stick together with the shrimps.
