– Concierto Soleá Morente & Napoleón Solo
Saturday 8th June, 9:00 P.M., Fuente de las Batallas
It’s a concert which belongs to the project «Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad y Música. Alhambra, Albaicín y Sacromonte» realized by Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, Agencia Albaicín Granada, Cervezas Alhambra and Comunidad de Religiosas Franciscanas Clarisas del Monasterio de Santa Isabel la Real de Granada. In this new edition, they celebrate a new cycle of concerts to get closer to the cultural peculiarity of Granada. Since it has turned into one of the dynamic areas of the city, it’s necessary to develop new strategies in which the preservation, restoration and spread of the mentioned heritage can serve as economic resources without undergoing any damage. From 12th April to 14th June, the best rock, indie, flamenco, swim and national pop have been playing in Granada.
Soleá Morente & Napoleón Solo will introduce their last LP “Ole lorelei”, an eclectic work in which a flamenco native experiments fearlessly the trap autotune and the 70’s funk music. Soleá and Alonso Díaz (of Napoleón Solo) had already worked together, and in this occasion Alonso is going to produce and supports Morente’s fascinating voice live.

– Día del Orgullo LGBTI+ 2019
Día del Orgullo LGBTI + (LGBTI + Pride) is celebrated from 4th to 7th June 2019 in Granada. The acronym refers to the lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender and intersex individuals. Orgullo Granada 2019’s crier will be the artist Paco Clavel – Francisco Miñarro López – musician and “cultural mover”.
On Friday in the afternoon there will be a walk from 6:00 P.M. along Paseo Central de la Avda. de la Constitución, and then the crier Paco Clavel at 8:00 P.M. and the introduction of Lola Power. The night will end with a concert by the group Carmencita Calavera.
