This August, iNMSOL had the joy of hosting several international student groups in Granada, bringing together teenagers from Italy. Welcoming students from all corners of the globe is always a thrill for us!
Their visit was more than just a language program—it was a truly immersive and unforgettable experience. Here’s a closer look at what they got up to.
Learning Spanish in an Accredited Center
The groups combined intensive Spanish classes with rich cultural immersion in the heart of Granada—an ideal city for language learning!
Students made remarkable progress in their communication skills, thanks to iNMSOL’s interactive, participatory approach. Our dedicated teaching team guided each student, helping them build confidence and fluency in Spanish.
At the end of the program, every participant received a certificate of attendance, celebrating their achievements and hard work.
Living with Spanish Families
A highlight of the program was the homestay experience. By living with local families, students had the chance to practice Spanish daily, enjoy authentic Andalusian hospitality, and get an insider’s look at everyday life and Spanish cuisine.
Exploring Granada Through Culture
The cultural program was equally enriching. Students explored Granada’s most iconic neighborhoods—Albaicín, Realejo, Sacromonte and Carmen de los Mártires —soaking up the city’s Moorish charm and Gypsy traditions. They also enjoyed a guided tour of the Alhambra, marveling at the history and beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beyond the city, the groups took excursions to discover Andalusia’s diverse cultural and natural landscapes such as the historic streets and patios of Córdoba.

Videomaking Activity: Practicing Spanish with Locals
A highlight of the stay was the videomaking activity, where students created short videos while engaging with locals around Granada. It was a fun way to practice Spanish outside the classroom. One memorable example featured Ginevra, who confidently introduced a traditional fish shop—showing how everyday encounters can become valuable language-learning experiences.
A Truly Transformative Experience
For our students, this was far more than a Spanish course. It was an opportunity to expand their horizons, forge new friendships, and create lifelong memories. We are proud to have been part of their journey and excited to welcome more international students in the future, sharing the magic of Granada and its culture.
