Last week a group of 76 students from Oslo came to Granada to improve their spanish level with iNMSOL and to live seven days under the Spanish flag.
The boys and girls, which were between 16 and 17 years old, stayed with Spanish families in order to enhance their use of language, meet new people, make new friends and most important get used to the spanish lifestyle.
Classes took place from 22/09 to 27/09 for a total of 20 classes (15 hours) and during their spare time the group joined a rich list of activities such as hiking and guided tours.
The first day which was Sunday the students visited the Costa Tropical. They made a guided tour through the most important sites of this region on a nice, sunny day. Students had their packed lunch made by their “new families” while in the evening they all dined together.
The group also participated in all the activities proposed by iNMSOL to get to know all about Granada, his “barrios” and the spanish way-of-life.
One of the most enjoyed site among the students was El Mirador de San Nicolás, where they got passing through the jewish district together with the teachers explaining his history. Once they reached the top they enjoyed the astonishing view of the city and Alhambra while the sun was going down behind the mountains.
The last day every student received a Certificate stating the participation to the classes and the language level achieved during the week.
It’s been a pleasure meeting all these new students and spending one week with them! We hope to see them in Granada again!
