Saying goodbye to a large group of Italian students

The iNMSOL institute had the pleasure to spend a week with a great group of students from Italy. The days from 13 to 17 of March the students from the Liceo Statale “Giusepe Berto” had the opportunity to take Spanish classes in the best school in Granada.

Our teachers were glad to show to the young students the language and culture of Spain and Andalusia, along with many activities that were taking place every evening.

Given that the group stayed for a week, we tried to take advantage of every day, visiting the best places in the city. So, after taking a siesta in order to fill our batteries, we were ready to explore different parts of the city with our young Italian friends.

Visit at the centre and the Realejo neighbourhood

On Monday, we welcomed the group of students with a stroll in the centre of the city, taking a look at the best spots and the places with a greater historical and cultural importance.

After that, a passing through the Realejo neighbourhood couldn´t be omitted. This part of the city, where the old Jewish community lived, is maybe one of the most beautiful areas in Granada. With its beautiful houses and its big and green squares, Realejo is the unique place to take a walk and admire the architecture. Moreover, it is said that the best tapas bars are located in this neighbourhood. So, don´t miss visiting it when in Granada!

Visit at Albaicin and Sacromonte

These breathtaking places, only a few minutes far from the city centre, can travel you back in time and offer you the best of the views.

One of the most romantic spots in whole Europe, as it is said, is located in the heart of Albaicin. The Mirador de San Nicolas is the viewpoint with the best view, giving you a total sight of the Alhambra.

Going more up to the hill, you will find Sacromonte, where the gipsies of the city used to live. The most remarkable thing that every time captures the attention of our students is the caves in Sacromonte. Most of the houses are built into the mountain forming this way caves. You can´t live from Granada without a photo of a cave in Sacromonte!

Trip to Seville

With the wish of making most of their visit in Andalusia, our Italian friends visited the capital of the Spanish region, Seville. Enjoying the sun and the walks in Plaza de España, the students were enchanted by the beauty of the city.

For a week the students have improved their Spanish with intensive classes in our school, taught by native and experienced teachers along with knowing better the Spanish culture and enjoying the beautiful city of Granada.

It has been a great experience having you with us, as always! We wish you all the best! And above all we want you to come back to Granada very soon!

Ci vediamo presto!
