- Wash and peel the fruit. Place the sliced mango, kiwi and banana in the outer part of the bowl like a wheel.
- Next, place the strawberries following the wheel and, at the center, the strawberries with kiwis. Sprinkle the fruit with almonds and nuts.
- For the sauce, beat the yoghurt along the strawberries, the mashed cardamon seeds and peppermint. Add oil, honey, vinegar, cinnamon, pepper or garlic, and salt until the mix turns into an emulsion.
- Put the mix into a bottle and pour the sauce on the salad.
