Sweet, easy and tasty: meringue with red fruit.
- Preheat oven to 90º.
- Draw 3 circles on baking paper (13 cm in diameter) and place it on the baking sheet.
- Beat egg whites with sugar.
- Place in the sleeve and form disks on the baking paper (on drawn circles).
- Bake for 3 hours or until dry.
- In a saucepan put the sugar and fruit, cook a few minutes.
- With a drop of whipped cream attach meringues.
- Cover with fruit and garnish with mint leaves.
