Preparation Method:

Sweet, easy and tasty: meringue with red fruit.

  1. Preheat oven to 90º.
  2. Draw 3 circles on baking paper (13 cm in diameter) and place it on the baking sheet.
  3. Beat egg whites with sugar.
  4. Place in the sleeve and form disks on the baking paper (on drawn circles).
  5. Bake for 3 hours or until dry.
  6. In a saucepan put the sugar and fruit, cook a few minutes.
  7. With a drop of whipped cream attach meringues.
  8. Cover with fruit and garnish with mint leaves.
