Oven-roasted potatoes with sauce

Preparation Method

Today we have a very simple recipe for an extremely tasty meal!

1. Preheat the oven to 2oo ºC.

2. Wash the potatoes and season them with black pepper and salt, as much as you like. Wrap them, without peeling the skin, in aluminium foil.

3. Put them in the oven for 50-60 minutes if the potatoes are quite big, if not 30-35 minutes are enough.

4. Take them out and serve them with the aluminium foil.

SUGGESTION:

To add a tasteful touch it’s nice to serve them cut in half with a little bit of sauce (the one you like the most): ketchup, mayonnaise, butter, garlic and oil dressing…etc.

  • 12 potatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sauces of your choosing: butter, mayonnaise, garlic and oil dressing
