Postponed Book Fair

Postponed Book Fair

The Granada Book Fair Commission decided to hold the 2021 edition between October 1 and 10. The decision is made because of the current sociohealth situation, which makes it impossible to guarantee the holding of a safe event during the spring. Aware of the importance of spring and the book fair to the cultural and literary life of the city and its publishing and bookshop sector, the Commission has worked on the design of different actions and activities to commemorate book week and, in particular, Book Day.

Therefore, some events have been organized to enjoy this special week, to commemorate Book Day in a symbolic way! :

  • 22 April at 19h Colloquium with the participation of the poets Ángeles Mora, Trinidad Gan and Teresa Gómez, presented by Remedios Sánchez (University of Granada), entitled “Time of peace and memory. Colloquium on the poetry of Mariluz Escribano (Classical Andalusian Author 2021)” with a maximum capacity of 44 people, contact bp.gr.ccul@juntadeandalucia.es
