Don’t remove the «Sayo » before the 40th of May

May is the flowers month and the spring month, in spite of the fact the temperatures keep rising and that fields start to give their first fruits, rains of this month are very good for agriculture.
In this way, until the end of May or the beginning of June, even if there is more sun’ hours and less fresh nights, we may have a cold weather. That’s why farmers don’t forget to wear the “Sayo”, a kind of long coat with buttons which protect them from the spring cold.
