Preparation Method

  1. In a saucepan, mix water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and baking powder. Heat to boiling and foaming..
  2. Remove from heat and pour over the flour in a bowl. Stir well until a firm dough.
  3. Fill the pastry bag and press the dough with your hands to remove air .
  4. Heat 1l of olive oil in a deep pan. Form churros (15-20 cm) . Fry in hot oil until golden.
  5. Remove the golden fritters and drain on paper towels.
  6. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Serve with hot chocolate.
