Tomorrow Saturday the 28th of February, as an exception for Andalusia Day it will be possible to visit all the spaces of villa Rodriguez-Acosta.
The villa was built between 1916 and 1930 even though the foundation was established in 1941, according to José María Rodríguez-Acosta’s will, right after his death. The purpose followed by the foundation is mainly the diffusion of the culture of Andalusia. For this reason, inside the typical building of Albaicín, exhibitions, conferences, semi
nars and publications devoted to research on Andalusia and Granada are organized every year.
Tomorrow it will be possible to visit the Towers and also Rodriguez-Acosta’s Study, through three guided tours planned at 11.00 a.m., 12.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and it will be available for both adults and children a didactic visit-workshop at 11.30 a.m.. All the tours will include a walk through the library, the gardens, the underground gallery and the museum.
Anyone interested in visiting this feature of the culture and heritage of Andalusia only have to withdraw in advance the entries at La Madraza palace, in Oficios street.
