Preparation Method

  1. Take a pan and put into the tuna for 3 minutes in order to get rid of blood
  2. Put the garlic in a pot with the oliv oil and in the same oil fry the tuna
  3. put in the same pot the onion and after tuna,wine,parsley and bay
  4. let cook for 20 minutes

  • 2 kg of tuna
  • 1 kg of onions
  • 1 glass of wine from Montilla
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt,parsley, bay
