Preparation Method:

Mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic: hummus.

  1. Peel and slice the garlic.
  2. Crush with chickpeas and lemon juice in a blender. If too thick, add a little water.
  3. Add three tablespoons of tahini and blend again.
  4. Add cumin, salt and pepper.
  5. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips.
  6. Cut radishes into small pieces.
  7. Cut fennel stalks and celery into thin strips.
  8. Place the hummus in a round and small container.
  9. Pour a little oil and sprinkle of cumin and pepper.
  10. In a glass put strips of vegetables.
