Mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic: hummus.
- Peel and slice the garlic.
- Crush with chickpeas and lemon juice in a blender. If too thick, add a little water.
- Add three tablespoons of tahini and blend again.
- Add cumin, salt and pepper.
- Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips.
- Cut radishes into small pieces.
- Cut fennel stalks and celery into thin strips.
- Place the hummus in a round and small container.
- Pour a little oil and sprinkle of cumin and pepper.
- In a glass put strips of vegetables.
