Preparation Method:

  1. Mash the garlic together with a handful of salt, oregano and paprika in the mortar.
  2. Cut the dogfish into slices and place it in a pot. Then collocate a garlic paste on the slices and add vinegar to cover the fish well. Leave the mixture a fridge for 8-10 hours.
  3. Pass the slices in flour and fry.
  4. Remove the slices when browned on all sides.
  5. Drain the oil and serve it with lemon.
