- Mash the garlic together with a handful of salt, oregano and paprika in the mortar.
- Cut the dogfish into slices and place it in a pot. Then collocate a garlic paste on the slices and add vinegar to cover the fish well. Leave the mixture a fridge for 8-10 hours.
- Pass the slices in flour and fry.
- Remove the slices when browned on all sides.
- Drain the oil and serve it with lemon.
