Preparation Method:

1. Put a cooker to medium heat and pour the water and sugar in a pot. Heat until it becomes a dark caramel without bubbles. Then pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool down.
2. In a bowl whip the eggs (it is advisable to use a beater). Then add the sugar and milk and prepare a yellow mixture. Then pour into the mold on the caramel.
3. Prepare the flan using a water bath. Heat water in a large bowl to 200 ° C, the water should cover 2 or 3 cm at least. Place the molds in the bowl and cook during 50-60 minutes.
4. Before removing the flan pierce with a knife to see if they are solid. If so, take them out.
5. Cool in the fridge for at least 8 hours before serving.
