Preparation Method:
- In a saucepan cook over medium heat the milk, flour, lemon zest and sugar.
- Mix with a wooden spoon and let it thicken (about 5 minutes).
- Pour the mass into a baking pan and let it cool.
- Cut squares with side of 4 cm.
- Whisk two eggs.
- Coat the squares with flour and egg (once or twice).
- Pour plenty of oil in a pan and heat.
- Fry the squares until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Meanwhile mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove the squares, remove excess oil and coat with cinnamon and sugar.
