How to make shrimps with garlic?
Peel the garlic and chop finely, sauté in a frying pan with the oil.
Incorporate shrimp and ground pepper. Add the cognac and flambé. Sauté for a few seconds with two forks.
Soak the paprika in the white wine and add it to the prawns. Lower the heat and let it boil slowly until the wine evaporates. Season to taste with salt. Serve in cazuelitas accompanied with two or three of these toastaditas.
For cheese toastaditas
Cut the crumb of the bread slices into disks about 5 cm.
Spread the surface with a thin layer of mayonnaise, support this side over grated cheese arranged in a flat dish.
Arrange the breadcrumbs on a plate with the greased side up and dry them in the oven without they become brown but crisp.
When removing them from the oven – if you like – sprinkle with black pepper.
