Preparation Method:

Cut the tuna, salt it and put it in a small and deep bowl, then pour the brandy into the saucepan and leave to marinate for 25-30 minutes. Peel and cut the chives, cut the peppers into strips and then dabs, with a knife remove the tomato stalk and peel it. Next,  cut  the clove of garlic, put 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, pour the vegetables and flake them in medium heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime,     peels and cuts the potatoes, then puts them in a spring bowl and then adds them to the vegetables. then add  the potato and covers with a lid and let it cook for about 30 minutes on a slow fire. Burn the vegetables, add the tuna cubes with brandy, mix everything and let boil (about 30/40 seconds) until the fish changes the  color. Pick up the frying pan from the fire, add a sprinkled chopped parsley and serve  it.
