Preparation Method:

  1. Slice the potatoes. Slice thinly the bot chive. Add both ingredients in the stove with oil, let cook until the potatoes are glazed.
  2. In another stove, make fry the washed sweet peppers, cut in pieces.
  3. Make fry the eggs, the chorizo, the blood sausage and the sweet peppers..
  4. Present in a plate an assortment with each ingredient very hot and add a slice of cured ham.
  5. Here we have a course easy to do that everybody will like.
